Job Description:
  • Provide professional consultation to customers on beauty, skincare, and slimming treatments
  • Recommend suitable products and services based on customers' needs and conditions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Achieve individual and outlet sales targets for services and retail products
  • Perform basic beauty or slimming treatments (if required)
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and latest beauty trends
  • Assist in marketing activities, promotions, and roadshows when needed
  • Ensure excellent customer service and overall customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; certification in Beauty/Aesthetics is an advantage
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in beauty, skincare, slimming, or retail sales
  • Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness industry
  • Sales-oriented with good track record in achieving targets
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build rapport and provide personalized customer service
  • Willing to learn and continuously improve product and treatment knowledge
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours
  • Pleasant personality with good grooming and professional appearance
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)

Salary Range: Basic RM2.5k - RM3k, plus commission can up to RM10k
