The company provides Halal-certified OEM solutions, offering a wide range of products from raw dough to ready-to-serve items. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sales & Marketing team in daily sales administration and coordination work
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, and follow up on sales-related documentation
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and sales reports
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records accurately
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Follow up on payment status and assist in credit control coordination
- Support sales team in client communication and scheduling of meetings or visits
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, product information, and marketing materials
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate order planning with relevant departments
- Ensure all sales documentation is properly filed and updated for audit and reference
Job Requirements (JR)
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales admin, admin executive, or customer service role preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of sales process and documentation flow is an advantage
- English and Bahasa Malaysia required
- Mandarin is an advantage (for dealing with Chinese-speaking clients)
