Job Summary:

Responsible for material planning, procurement coordination, tracking, and inventory control to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials in support of project and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage material procurement plans based on demand forecasts, including quantity, timeline, and supplier selection
• Monitor and control inventory, including goods receipt, issuance, and stock accuracy
• Analyze material requirements from production and project teams to ensure sufficient supply
• Track material movement (logistics, inbound/outbound, and stock levels) to ensure timely delivery and efficient utilization
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to maintain smooth material flow
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure materials meet required standards

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in material control, preferably in engineering or project-based environments
• Familiar with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and inventory/logistics management tools
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility
