Company Background

Our client specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of daily chemical raw materials, including cosmetic active ingredients, raw materials, and synthetic perfumes. They operate two major production bases in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, and Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province. The Ma'anshan City production base, through its subsidiary, was constructed according to GMP guidelines for APIs and has passed the FDA on-site audit.

Job Descriptions

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and optimize processes.
• Scientifically organize and arrange production to ensure that customers are provided with stable quantity and quality products on time and continuously.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and safety requirements.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:15AM - 5:15PM)

Salary Range: RM4,000 - 7,000
