Job Description:

• Develop assembly processes, SOPs, and work instructions based on injection molding machine drawings and technical requirements. 
• Design and validate assembly tooling, fixtures, and gauges, and optimize workstation layout to improve efficiency and quality. 
• Participate in DFM reviews and provide suggestions to improve product manufacturability. 
• Optimize existing assembly processes, resolve bottlenecks, and improve production efficiency and first-pass yield. 
• Provide technical guidance to the production team and troubleshoot assembly issues during production. 
• Monitor key quality control points to ensure products meet design requirements. 
• Prepare and maintain assembly-related technical documents, including drawings, process flows, and SOPs. 
• Promote process standardization and support the development and update of assembly process standards.



Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields) with excellent academic performance and strong professional skills. 
• Good command of Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive learning attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with willingness to interact directly with customers. 
• Team-oriented, detail-minded, and able to follow established procedures. 
• Willing to take professional training in China for 3-6 months.
