Manage daily pastry production schedules to ensure timely production output and fulfillment of operational requirements.
Ensure consistency of recipes, product taste, appearance, and overall product quality across all production batches.
Monitor production efficiency, optimize workflow, and minimize material wastage to improve operational performance and cost control.
Lead and supervise production supervisors, operators, and production staff to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to production targets.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards throughout all production processes.
Coordinate new product trials, process improvements, and production optimization activities in collaboration with relevant departments.
Monitor raw material usage, inventory planning, and stock control to support uninterrupted production operations.
Train, guide, and develop the pastry production team to improve skills, productivity, and operational performance.
Prepare production reports, monitor KPIs, and support management in achieving production and quality objectives.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of production equipment and work areas.

Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Bakery, Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in pastry, bakery, or food manufacturing environment, preferably in large-scale production operations.
Strong knowledge of large-scale pastry and bakery production processes.
Experience in managing production manpower, scheduling, and team performance.
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, and food safety practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple operational priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic production reporting.
Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay, in spoken and written, in order to have smooth conversation.

Salary Range: RM12k - Rm15k
