Job Descriptions

• Manage overall warehouse operations to ensure materials are safe, organized, and properly stored
  
• Plan and oversee warehouse layout and material flow for efficient operations
  
• Supervise inbound processes, ensuring materials are received accurately, on time, and meet quality standards
  
• Review and approve outbound requests, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of materials
  
• Monitor and control inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and alignment between physical stock and system records
  
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
  
• Coordinate material allocation based on project or operational needs
  
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss
  
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with procedures
  
• Identify and resolve operational issues within the warehouse
  
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
  
• Execute any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school or equivalent
  
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience in mechanical, electrical, or equipment-related industries
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, K3, U9, or similar)
• Good data awareness and accuracy in handling inventory records
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage and supervise a small team
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Will station in Kapar, Selangor first; then relocate to Banting, Selangor
  

Location: Banting, Selangor (will station in Kapar, Selangor first)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)

Salary Range: RM5,000 - 7,000
