Manage overall warehouse operations to ensure materials are safe, organized, and properly stored
Plan and oversee warehouse layout and material flow for efficient operations
Supervise inbound processes, ensuring materials are received accurately, on time, and meet quality standards
Review and approve outbound requests, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of materials
Monitor and control inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and alignment between physical stock and system records
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
Coordinate material allocation based on project or operational needs
Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with procedures
Identify and resolve operational issues within the warehouse
Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Execute any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager

Minimum high school or equivalent
At least 3 years of warehouse experience in mechanical, electrical, or equipment-related industries
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, K3, U9, or similar)
Good data awareness and accuracy in handling inventory records
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage and supervise a small team
Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
