Job Description
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials and supplies
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery status
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, orders, and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning
- Ensure timely procurement to support production needs
Job Requirements
- SPM / Diploma in Business Admin or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of purchasing or inventory is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
